Status of Terms

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are intended to form the basis of our contract with you.  You may wish to keep an electronic or paper copy of them for future reference.

Contract Formation

When you order goods from us online you are making a legal offer to buy.  A contract is only formed when we reply to you to accept your offer and we will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.  If we do not accept the offer because we are unable to supply the goods requested, or for any other reason, we will respond promptly, and no charge will be made.

Product Information

Long Path Laser Engraving use the products as per items listed on the website, clear photographs of all products, along with their specifications and after care advised.

Price

Prices as per website item with or without personalisation, they are inclusive of packaging, the only other additional cost is the postage and this is dependent upon the number of and type of product ordered.  The postage cost is per its weight and according to the Royal Mail postage.

Ordering Goods

You can order goods by:

Browsing the website and after deciding which item(s) you require
Select the item, choose quantity, add personalised details if both are available and required by customer (ensuring that the spellings, grammar and punctuation are correct as they will be not changed for you) and then click ‘ADD TO BASKET’,
You will then have option to  ‘VIEW BASKET’
Check order and number required,
Choose postage
Click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’
Add billing details
Check order
Add payment
Read Terms and Conditions, and tick box
Click ‘PLACE ORDER’
When you click on ‘PLACE ORDER’  you are under an obligation to pay.

We accept the following means of payment:  G pay, pay with > link and all debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Delivery of Goods

Only delivered within the UK.

Items ordered near to or over a weekend or a bank holiday are likely to take longer.

Upon receipt of your order, materials are prepared and laser engraved according to individual requirements, this process can take up to 5 days depending upon the item(s) required.

Your item(s) will be despatched as soon as reasonably practicable; delivery times will be dependent upon the Royal Mail option you have chosen.

Royal Mail, UK standard delivery based on weight of item(s) and required package size and if the customer chooses 1st or 2nd class postage.

Should there be a delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email.

In the event of no one being able to accept delivery at the time of delivery  by Royal Mail, then this is the customers responsibility to make alternative arrangements e.g. return to Royal Mail pick up point or leave with a neighbour.

If annual leave is taken by the seller, then the customer will be made aware of this on the website, prior to any orders being added.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the purchase at any time up to 14 days after delivery unless the goods are exempt from cancellation.

Bespoke goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are personalised are exempt from cancellation, unless they are damaged on arrival.

If you choose to cancel, you must contact the seller, by sending an email to: , you must then wait for the seller to contact you prior to you returning any items. 

If you cancel your purchase, you must arrange and pay for the item(s) return to the seller, this cost will not be refunded by the seller.

You must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel, and acknowledgment from the seller.

If you cancel and return the goods as described above, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charge, on the condition that you have not used the goods or otherwise handled them so that their value is reduced.  If you have handled the goods so as to reduce their value, we may deduct an amount from the refund that is proportionate to this reduction.  Refunds are provided within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

You have the right to receive a refund for goods cancelled in accordance with the above terms.  However, if you would prefer to receive alternative equivalent goods from us, or a credit note, please let us know and we can consider appropriate options.

Consumer Rights

If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
